Mbi789 is more than just an ordinary online gaming platform. We are built on a foundation of trust, transparency, and a passion for delivering the best entertainment experience to every player — from beginners to seasoned veterans — across Malaysia.
The mbi789 journey began in 2018, when a group of individuals who shared a deep passion for the online entertainment world decided to build something better than what the market had to offer at the time. Not just a platform selling big dreams, but a space that genuinely puts user experience first in every aspect — from security and game variety to payment accuracy and truly human customer service.
From a small team operating out of a modest office, mbi789 has grown into one of the names that comes up when Malaysian players talk about trustworthy online gaming platforms. This didn't happen by chance — it's the result of an ongoing commitment to never compromise on quality, even in an industry defined by fierce competition.
What we're most proud of isn't the big numbers in our statistics, but the feedback from our loyal players who say they feel comfortable and safe every time they play at mbi789. That's what drives us to keep improving every day.
Today, mbi789 offers over 1,000 game options — from slots and Live Casino with professional dealers, interactive bingo, to traditional Asian card games — all on one integrated platform accessible from any device, at any time.
To be the first-choice online entertainment platform for Malaysian players — known not only for our game variety, but for the honesty, security, and respect we extend to every member.

From a small idea to a platform now trusted by hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players.
Mbi789 was founded by a small group of individuals passionate about the iGaming industry. Our first platform launched with a focus on online casino and slots — with just a few hundred game titles in the early days.
Recognising strong demand from Malaysian players for more interactive game formats, mbi789 launched its Live Casino section in partnership with Evolution Gaming — bringing real dealers directly to users' screens.
The mbi789 app for Android and iOS is now officially launched, allowing players to enjoy all games and manage their accounts more conveniently from their smartphones.
Mbi789 reached a major milestone with over 100,000 registered members — a benchmark that validates the Malaysian player community's trust in our platform.
Mbi789 hit 500,000 registered members and continued to grow the platform by adding more game providers, improving the payment system, and launching a more comprehensive VIP programme to reward member loyalty.
Every decision at mbi789 is made based on these values — no matter how big or small.
We don't hide important information from our members. Bonus terms, withdrawal conditions, and game policies are all stated clearly and in plain language — no hidden terms, no surprises.
We operate the right way. That means paying out wins on time, respecting fair game outcomes, and never using unethical tactics to attract or retain members.
Every platform decision — from interface design to bonus policies — is made with members' needs and convenience in mind first. Member feedback and input are always taken into account.
The online entertainment industry is always evolving, and mbi789 never settles for the status quo. We're constantly looking for ways to improve — in technology, game selection, and customer service.
Mbi789 is built with a deep understanding of the specific context and needs of Malaysian players — from language preferences and local payment methods such as FPX and Touch 'n Go, to game selections popular among local users.

There's a reason mbi789 never tried to be a generic global platform. We chose to focus on the Malaysian market because we believe local players deserve a platform that truly understands their needs — not just a rough translation of a foreign product.
This means we support payment methods commonly used by Malaysians — FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and a range of local banks. No need to set up international accounts or deal with complicated foreign exchange rates.
Our platform interface is available in Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin, and our support team is fluent in both languages. We also recognise the importance of games like baccarat, dragon tiger, and sic bo among Malaysian players — which is why Asian game titles receive dedicated attention at mbi789.
Additionally, mbi789 complies with industry-standard KYC (Know Your Customer) practices to ensure every account is legitimate and protected from unwanted activity — safeguarding our entire player community.
